PETER MICHAEL HEALEY
of Tunstall,

Peter died at his home on 30th September 2026, aged 88 years.
Peter will be greatly missed.

A private cremation will take place, followed by a Service to Celebrate Peter’s life at St John the Baptist Church, Tunstall on Tuesday 3rd November at 1:00 PM. Peter’s ashes will be interred in the churchyard following the service. No flowers please, but donations are welcome for The Morecambe Bay Foodbank, where Peter volunteered.

Chris passed away peacefully at home, Nether House, Garsdale, on Tuesday 29 September 2026, aged 88. Husband of the late Diane, father to Jane, Robert and Jed, much loved grandad and great grandad.

Funeral service to take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Monday 19th October at 12.30pm. Followed by refreshments at Sedbergh Golf club from 2pm. All are welcome to either or both events

Mavis (nee Metcalfe) formerly of Park Head Farm, New Hutton died peacefully on 25th September 2026, aged 86 years.

Beloved wife to Frank, treasured mother to Mike and Liv, proud grandma to Luke and Millie, sister to Rachel, Marjorie and the late Eunice, Brenda and Graham, a dear friend to many.

A service of remembrance and interment will be held at St Stephen’s Church, New Hutton on Monday 5th October at 1.30pm. Family flowers only.

Donations in memory of Mavis will be shared between St Stephen’s Church and the Children’s Society.
