Boxing Day 2024 was reported by Rightmove as a record ‘Bounce’ day for sellers and home hunters. Will anyone be browsing Rightmove this Boxing Day for their dream home? 🏡

Has anyone else seen the lovely structures in Salisbury lately? I had to investigate and discovered it is for the Salisbury City of Stars 🌟 trail after picking up a map from the tourist information centre. Great to see all of the installations and designs around the city giving it a really festive 🎄 feel.

Did you know a rate can be reserved with a new lender up to 6 months 🗓 in advance of your existing rate ending?

As a mortgage broker I keep an eye🕵 on rates and if they go down 📉 during this time I will change my client's mortgage to a lower rate.

You can also look to borrow more at the same time as remortgaging. Maybe 🤔 you are thinking about doing some home 🏡 improvements or releasing equity as a deposit for a child?

Cold 🥶 and fresh cycle 🚲 into the office this morning. One of my lovely colleagues put the heating ♨️ on in my room this morning so it was nice and warm 🔥 when I got to work today. Happy Friday.

Following the recent decision by the Bank of England to hold the base rate lenders have been putting their fixed rates down 📉 so now is a great time to review your mortgage rate.
Lenders are also amending their lending criteria and being more flexible and generous with their lending. 😊
