​I spend my days helping First Time Buyers realise that the property market isn't as scary as it looks. Yet, I’d never actually run the numbers, or explained the process for my own daughter, Emily, and her partner, Connor. They assumed buying was years away.

​So, we sat down. I put my "Mum" hat to one side and put my professional broker hat firmly on. When the numbers walked them right into a reality where they could buy now, the excitement was unreal.

​Today, contracts are exchanged! 🎉

They also have peace of mind, through a full mortgage protection review, that should the worst happen they are fully covered and not at risk of losing their home. Of course they have, it's what I do !

​Yes, my nest is going to be a little emptier (send tissues), but watching them debate kitchen colours and where the golf clubs will live 🏌️(IYKYK) makes it all worth it.
