Four new houses are being built on a site at Croft End in Essex. They'll replace an old bungalow with an extensive garden which had been left to run wild. We've got some more 'not great' photographs from a development we're currently funding in rural Cambridgeshire. Luckily it's very close to a beautiful RSPB reserve so we've sandwiched our construction photos in amongst some much prettier video of the local (peaceful) lakes.

Great progress at the development though so keep your eyes open for the sales materials which we will post soon!

No, it's not your eyes, it's the quality of the photographs. They are grainy and they are blurred.

Normally we don't like to post images from property developments funded by our members unless they are high quality with the sun shining and lots of lovely marble, glass and steel on show. But, you know what? Construction isn't actually like that. For many months before you get the glossy photos of a brand new building it is messy, often damp and always muddy.

So, this time we're keeping it real and showing a development in Cambridge where the on-site team has got through the worst of the weather over the last winter to make great progress on a 38 apartment development. Full story here https://ow.ly/xF3h50YF1KO
