Next up in our Meet the Team series, we’re introducing 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐲, who brings more than 40 years of insurance industry experience to the Acres team.

Describing herself as an “insurance lifer” – aside from a short stint in the travel industry – Keely has built up a wealth of experience throughout her career, including roles in management and learning & development.

Now working within Agricultural Insurance, Keely brings all that knowledge and experience to her role at Acres and is also CII Cert qualified.

𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

The recent wildfires are having a significant impact across farmland and rural communities, at an already challenging time of year for many farmers.

We recognise the challenges these fires are creating for those affected, and the considerable efforts of farmers, landowners, emergency services and local communities working together to protect people, livestock, property and land.

With the continued dry conditions, our advice to clients with large areas of stubble is to consider cultivating a fire break around areas at risk to help reduce the potential spread of fire.

Meet Paddy Swales, Account Handler based in our Lincolnshire office.

Paddy joined Acres in March 2025 and works alongside Joel Vincent, helping to look after our clients across Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas.
