It's been a bit of a rollercoaster recently 🎢

🟠 A best and final offer submitted on Thursday 🤞🏼... only to get a Rightmove notification drop on Saturday saying the house is being auctioned end of the month 🤬
🟠 Weirdest viewing to date, resulting in me reporting a potential s*x trafficking victim situation 😳

BUT tomorrow is a new week, just gotta keep on grafting 👊🏼 I'm confident the first investment is just around the corner...... 👀

Every week I am trying to view at least a couple of properties that I have run the numbers on and believe can work.

That way, providing the viewings don't uncover any major concerns, I am offering on 90% of the houses I view.

This shows the agents I am a serious investor, and in time will build up a trusting relationship with them... which should lead to getting shown some pre-marketed properties hopefully 🙏🏼

🔸The rents tend to be higher than equivalent properties on Rightmove

🔸The Map function is a great tool

✅ Business cards received

I created my own branding and designed the business cards using Canva , then ordered them through VistaPrint . I'm really pleased with how they've turned out.... even if they do slightly resemble a train ticket

✅ Business account set up

It was a case of third time lucky after unsuccessfully trying to set up a business account with NatWest (too long winded) and Starling (mission impossible 😵‍💫). The application with Tide Banking was simple, quick and the debit card arrived within days. Most importantly, Tide are FSCS approved, so I'm comfortable that my funds are protected, just like the traditional High Street Banks 👌🏼
