A few years ago one of my customers came to me…

‘Grace, we’ve got our own home, we know what we want next…a Holiday Cottage in our favourite place so others can enjoy it as much as us - Whitby 🌊’

Whitby is such a special place to me as this is somewhere I went with my grandparents when I was little and have so many lovely memories there 🫶🏽

Together we set off on a plan, to secure a Mortgage & off to find the perfect house in a lovely location 🏠

This weekend I took my annual Xmas weekend away with my other half and we chose to go to the Holiday House. This little cottage is a home away from home, super cosy with a cuppa or glass of wine in hand 🥂

It is not the first time we have been and it won’t be the last.

For me, to get to see a client fulfil a dream of buying their own home, which I have helped them with, is the best feeling in the world. This one is extra special for me 🥰

To anyone I have ever helped with a goal of owing a home, buying your forever home or just securing a property for future investment, you should be so proud of what you achieve, I know I am 💕

When your self employed, don’t forget you deserve a couple of hours break enjoying the Christmas festivities and what a better way to do it than with a friend🎄🍷

We treat ourselves to a delicious afternoon tea at The Yard in Wickersley🧁🫖 Delicious food and amazing choice 😍

It was so lovely to spend a few hours together celebrating what an amazing work year we have both had and down tools! …We wouldn’t be us without talking work though and plans for 2026 😂😎
