POWER OUTAGE

The electricity substation a few yards from our office has exploded. The office landline is diverted to our Directors mobile.

**UPDATE** Phone lines are now working - it was possibly due to a fire at a London substation.

Our phone lines are down this morning. We have logged an urgent fault with our telecomms provider and will update soon. They've already advised many companies are affected.

We dont know a timescale on the fix I'm afraid, but a huge area in Hampshire is affected.

CHRISTMAS CLOSURES:

Our offices will be closed for the Christmas/New Year holidays from 2:30pm on the 23rd December 2022. We will reopen at 9am on the 3rd January 2023. Emails will NOT be monitored during this holiday period.

We have had problems with our landline phones since yesterday. We can make outgoing calls, but incoming calls will get an "engaged" tone.
Our phone company has engineers working on the problem to fix it but it's due to a major outage at the server held in London.
