NOTICE TO MEMBERS: Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in sending out your withdrawals yesterday. It was caused by our bank completing an upgrade, leaving us with no internet banking login until today. We've made the withdrawals now and we believe that the funds should credit your bank accounts today. Again, our apologies for this issue, which was beyond our control.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS: We'd like to apologise for the delay in paying out today's withdrawals. Unfortunately the issue is still ongoing and we're still unable to pay them into your bank accounts at this time. We'll be working on it over the weekend to see if the banking issue has been resolved. Until then we can only repeat our apologies for this banking issue, which is beyond our control.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS: We've been made aware of an issue with our internet banking. This means that there may be a delay in sending out the withdrawals this evening. The usual delivery time is 5pm, however funds may not be available in your bank accounts until 7pm. We apologise for this inconvenience.
