First challenge of 2024 complete. 10km Winter Run with a PB. Finally finished in less than an hour. Training now continues for London Landmarks Half Marathon beginning of April. Trying to raise as much money as possible for mental health charity, Mind. Any donation no matter how much will be very much appreciated.

This is an email I received from my client when I had arranged a new deal for her for her buy to let mortgages and the lender then reduced the rates. As I had been monitoring this, I was able to apply for the better rate for her.
