BUILDING positive habits and lifestyle changes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We live in a world where we are constantly rushing about , whether it’s for our children, work, fitting in time for friends , caring for people we love, keeping the home the list is endless
It’s easy to forget about YOURSELF but this is so important in order for you to do all of the above at your best.
A good way of building positive habits and self care is to make time because there is always an extra 10 minutes you could get out of bed to make a nutritious breakfast , or blocking out time to go for a walk and making it non negotiable , time to read on an evening instead of watching tv and something positive for your mind .
