We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Exec to work across the Finch business, generating new business leads for Finch, which in turn would be passed to an experienced insurance broker to close. To be the first impression/face of Finch and help increase brand awareness and reputation.
• Experience with making calls to both warm and cold prospects
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to different situations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Diary management
• Experience working within an Insurance or Financial Services environment
• Ability to be proactive and work on own initiative
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. To be used for documenting, organizing information and general processing of data.
• Excellent organisation skills, ability to plan, prioritise and organise with efficiency and effectiveness
• Strong relationship management, building supportive and professional relationships with others
• Assertive, confident and enthusiastic approach upholding the company values
Upload new contact databases onto relevant system.
- Work with Marketing team to create email shots / mail shots for targeted segments within the database
- Follow up mail shot with telephone calls until Prospect is contacted
- Gauge prospects interest and obtain as much information on their current insurances as possible
Management of existing leads
- Undertake regular checks of the database to ensure that the information gathered within the notes is correct. Input the renewal date / insurer / premium fields within relevant to ensure that the prospects show on the renewal reports
- Work with Marketing team to Issue regular newsletter to Prospects to ensure that the ongoing interest in Finch is retained (where applicable/GDPR compliance is adhered to)
Digital Marketing & promotion
- Work with Marketing to increase presence on Linkedin and relevant platforms.
- Attend trade shows/networking events to promote Finch in relevant sectors
Can be based in our Basingstoke, Reading or Southampton Office.
