✨ BIG NEWS FOR ERNEST HENRY MORTGAGES ✨

18 months ago, Ernest Henry Mortgages was born as a brand-new brokerage with a simple goal: to put people at the heart of mortgage advice. Since then, we’ve been privileged to help so many of you on your journey to finding a home.

Now, it’s time for our next exciting chapter…

🔹 What does this mean?

We’re thrilled to announce a new partnership with Yopa , one of the UK’s leading nationwide estate agents. Alongside this, Ernest Henry Mortgages will become a trading style of Scout Financial Services and we’ve entered into a new agreement with Mortgage Advice Bureau MAB) as our new network.

🔹 How will it work?

From 1st October, we’ll transition from our current network, Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions, and begin operating under MAB. Until then, it’s business as usual—same team, same service.

🔹 What does it mean for you?

In short: more opportunities, more support, and even better access to mortgages nationwide. Most importantly, Ernest Henry Mortgages will remain 100% owned and directed by me (Sam)—with full autonomy of the business to keep doing things the Ernest Henry way: personal, honest, client-first advice.

🔹 How we celebrated!

I couldn’t let this milestone pass without marking it. My wife and I celebrated with an amazing dinner at Gusto Giusto Italian Restaurant in Whitstable (thank you to a kind client who gifted us the voucher off the back of some superb service 🙏). We then toasted this next step with a glass of wine at Porto Wine Bar in Whitstable—a perfect evening to reflect on how far we’ve come.

This move is about building a stronger future for our clients, and we’re so grateful for everyone who has trusted us along the way. Here’s to the next chapter for Ernest Henry Mortgages 🚀
