⚫️ LEGAL FEE (CONVEYANCING) - You will have to consult your solicitor for a quote. Solicitor will do a conveyancing of the purchase property.

⚫️ STRUCTURAL SURVEY - For due diligence, you will most likely want to get a structural survey of the property (particularly if purchasing a second hand property) to make sure that the structure of house and its integrity Is in tact.

⚫️ STAMP DUTY - You will have to pay 1% stamp duty on the purchase price of the property.

⚫️ BROKER'S FEE - Brokers will charge an administration fee
