📆 How are we in June already?

Like many of you, we were away last week for the half-term break. We headed down to Cornwall for a family holiday. Normally, we spend this week in South Wales visiting family, but this year they came to Cornwall instead, which meant we could all enjoy a holiday together.

☀️ We were incredibly lucky with the weather and had the most wonderful time making memories with our loved ones. Now that Callie is back at school, it’s straight back to reality for us and we’re diving headfirst into a very busy week!

⭐ After a lovely two-week break for Callie and the business, we’re back to school and work tomorrow.

We made the most of today, our final day off, with a family day and our very first sail of 2026. It was definitely chilly, but we were well wrapped up and treated to beautiful sunshine out on the water.

✨ On Monday, 1st September, we quietly celebrated a special milestone — 4 years since our family business first went live! 🎉

This post is a little late as we were away enjoying a family holiday in Spain (though Pete was still sneaking in replies to emails and messages between dips in the pool 🏖️📧).

Of course, no PW birthday would be complete without cake and a good cuppa! As tradition goes, our youngest crew member (nearly 8 now! 😲) proudly took on candle-blowing duties once again. 🎂🙋‍♀️

We’re so grateful for what this past year has brought — welcoming wonderful new clients and reconnecting with returning ones. It’s been fantastic catching up and continuing to grow together. 💛

Happy 40th Birthday to Pete!! 🥂 🎂 🎈

We have celebrated this weekend with a lovely lodge stay in Hastings. The weather was super kind to us and it was lovely to spend some relaxing time as a family.

So today I think we will let him have the extra day off. 🤣 ( he was caught over the weekend sending some sly work emails)

And I have sent him out in the rain on the school run! ☔️ 😂

🎉 Yesterday marked 3 years since our family business first went live!! We are posting a day late as we were still away on our 10 day summer holiday in France.🎉

A birthday celebration isn’t complete without a cake and a cup of tea! We had the smallest member of the PW crew on hand to blow out the candles like every year.🎂 🙋‍♀️

After 10 days in France with a lot of patisserie stops a little extra cake won’t hurt 🤣🤣
