🎉 Happy Birthday to the main man of PW Mortgage Solutions! 🎉

We were discussing what we’d really rather be doing today, and Pete said he’d go back 12 years to when we used to hire a yacht and sail around Greece for his birthday!

(Just look how young he looks! 😂)

I mean, sailing on his own boat around Chichester Harbour isn’t quite the same…

As Pete doesn’t do social media, Callie and I thought we’d see just how many birthday wishes we can get for the old man!

So come on everyone… wish Pete a very Happy Birthday! ❤️

🎉Today, we’re celebrating a rather special milestone — 5 years since our little family business first went live! 🎉

Five years of PW Mortgage Solutions. Five years of helping people move home, remortgage, making the whole process a little less stressful along the way.

As always, no PW birthday would be complete without cake, a cuppa and our now very well established tradition… our youngest crew member Callie taking on candle-blowing duties!

Although… she blew them out a little bit too quickly! 😂

She’s grown quite a bit since the first one and so has the business!

Looking back over the last five years, we’re incredibly grateful for everything this little family business has brought us. We’ve met so many wonderful clients, helped some of them through multiple moves and remortgages, and been lucky enough to build relationships that go far beyond simply arranging a mortgage.

A huge thank you to every single client, friend, family member and professional contact who has supported us, recommended us, shared our posts or simply trusted us to help with one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make. It really does mean the world to us.

Five years feels like a pretty big achievement for a little family business and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together.

Here’s to the next five years… and beyond!

As always, if you need any mortgage advice, we’re here to help.

And finally… thank you for continuing to support our little business. Every recommendation, share and introduction genuinely makes a difference.

📆 How are we in June already?

Like many of you, we were away last week for the half-term break. We headed down to Cornwall for a family holiday. Normally, we spend this week in South Wales visiting family, but this year they came to Cornwall instead, which meant we could all enjoy a holiday together.

☀️ We were incredibly lucky with the weather and had the most wonderful time making memories with our loved ones. Now that Callie is back at school, it’s straight back to reality for us and we’re diving headfirst into a very busy week!

Although this week is packed, we still have plenty of appointments available next week, so if you’ve been meaning to book in, please do get in touch.

What will our mortgage services cost you?
Hopefully nothing. We don’t charge an advice fee. This is because we receive fees from your lender for arranging your mortgage on their behalf. In exceptional circumstances where the application is complex, a fee may be required. You will be made aware of this and if it applies to you before progressing any further with us.

⭐ After a lovely two-week break for Callie and the business, we’re back to school and work tomorrow.

We made the most of today, our final day off, with a family day and our very first sail of 2026. It was definitely chilly, but we were well wrapped up and treated to beautiful sunshine out on the water.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. A huge thank you to everyone who trusted us with their mortgage needs throughout 2025 — your support truly means the world to our family business.

We often find that the period after Christmas brings a boost in enquiries, as many people start planning a home move or purchase in the new year. This year in particular, over 10 million people are due to see their fixed-rate mortgage end, so it’s an important time to review your options. If that applies to you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

As always, you know where to find us. We’re here and ready to support our existing clients and look forward to welcoming some new ones along the way.

✨ On Monday, 1st September, we quietly celebrated a special milestone — 4 years since our family business first went live! 🎉

This post is a little late as we were away enjoying a family holiday in Spain (though Pete was still sneaking in replies to emails and messages between dips in the pool 🏖️📧).

Of course, no PW birthday would be complete without cake and a good cuppa! As tradition goes, our youngest crew member (nearly 8 now! 😲) proudly took on candle-blowing duties once again. 🎂🙋‍♀️

We’re so grateful for what this past year has brought — welcoming wonderful new clients and reconnecting with returning ones. It’s been fantastic catching up and continuing to grow together. 💛

We would like to thank everyone for their continued support.

We really appreciate any shares or recommendations for our little family business, it means so much.

Here’s to year 5 and beyond! 🚀

Happy 40th Birthday to Pete!! 🥂 🎂 🎈

We have celebrated this weekend with a lovely lodge stay in Hastings. The weather was super kind to us and it was lovely to spend some relaxing time as a family.

So today I think we will let him have the extra day off. 🤣 ( he was caught over the weekend sending some sly work emails)

And I have sent him out in the rain on the school run! ☔️ 😂

We will be back open for business tomorrow!

🎉 Yesterday marked 3 years since our family business first went live!! We are posting a day late as we were still away on our 10 day summer holiday in France.🎉

A birthday celebration isn’t complete without a cake and a cup of tea! We had the smallest member of the PW crew on hand to blow out the candles like every year.🎂 🙋‍♀️

After 10 days in France with a lot of patisserie stops a little extra cake won’t hurt 🤣🤣

We would like to thank everyone for their continued support, especially all the people who have shared and liked our page, and a big shout out to all our lovely clients, we couldn’t have done it without you.

We really appreciate any shares or recommendations for our little family business, it means so much.
