Following an influx of queries from tenants over the weekend, we want to reassure everyone that we will be working hard to ensure they are able to keep a roof over their heads, and have access to the essentials where possible.

For everyone - from landlords to tenants - we urge you to work together during this difficult time.

New systems have been put in place to help those most in need, but we implore you to not take advantage of these systems unless absolutely necessary. This risks putting an already stretched support system on the brink of collapse.

If we work together, stay indoors and help the vulnerable (where safe), we will come out the other side stronger and more resilient.

The Silver Arrow investments office is now closed, and the team continue to work from home.
