Rate update — what’s happening this month
On 18th June , the Bank of England decided to hold the base rate at 3.75%. They meet roughly every 6 weeks to discuss economic developments and the headline base rate.
And whilst interest rates remain a talking point, the headline base rate only tells part of the story.
What matters to get your business interest rate:

• Lenders are actively competing for new business =
• Fixed rate agreements protect your business from future rate movement for the term of the agreement
• Green asset finance is growing — lenders are offering preferential rates for electric vehicles and energy-efficient equipment
