We are proud to share that The Rhino Orphanage will be our charity partner for 2026.
This partnership is a deeply personal one for us. In September 2025, we travelled to South Africa to visit our daughter, Heather, who is spending a year volunteering at The Rhino Orphanage. After nine months apart, it was incredibly special to see her again - but it also gave us the opportunity to experience a small part of daily life at the orphanage and assist with the same work undertaken by volunteers.
What stood out most was the dedication of the small conservation team who work tirelessly, 365 days a year, to protect and care for these vulnerable animals. Seeing this commitment first-hand reinforced just how vital their work is.
As a result, in our own small way, I-Property Finance will be donating a percentage of our annual company turnover to support the orphaned rhinos and the remarkable team who care for them, helping ensure this essential work can continue.
About The Rhino Orphanage
The Rhino Orphanage is South Africaโs first and only dedicated rhino orphanage, focused on the rescue, rehabilitation, and care of orphaned rhinos. These young animals have often lost their mothers due to poaching or human-wildlife conflict. The organisation provides a safe haven, along with specialised medical treatment and long-term care, with the goal of eventually reintroducing them back into the wild.
As one of the worldโs most endangered species, rhinos face constant threats. The Rhino Orphanageโs work not only saves individual lives but plays a crucial role in the global fight against poaching and species extinction.
