The ladies of Bexhill Boss Babes had a slightly different session with host Lucie Childs - Mortgage & Protection Consultant yesterday…

Our lovely venue The Compass moved them to a different area to keep a little cooler in the heat, and they even treated them to some cake! 🍰

But what stayed the same was that they enjoyed quality, productive and supportive time together this month to talk about and share their business stories.

Lucie told me they discussed getting your business ‘out there’ with social media, the pro and cons of niches within your industry, as well as the highs and lows of being your own boss and how important it is to SHARE those said lows and highs.

And that’s what happens at pretty much every session of Boss Babes - reflection, cheerleading, advice-giving, and a sense of support that only comes from being in a group of women who truly ‘get it’ 👌🙌

I’m happy to see a few new faces in the photos, and lots of familiar, returning ones too 😍 - combining that fresh energy as well as having the groups capped at 14 means that sense of being seen and valued really gets to happen.
