Well that’s exactly what LMB has done for this client.

In 2025, we were instructed to review cover & quote for building insurance on 2 student halls here in Plymouth 📍

That year, after assessing their existing cover & requirements under very tight time constraints, we were able to save them the best part of £7K❗️

Fast forward to year 2, with much more time on our side we could really utilize our expertise & network of contacts to drive the premium another £12K lower 🤯
