Self Employed Mortgage Adviser
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser located in our St Marychurch, Babbacombe office. The Mortgage Adviser will manage the end-to-end process of assisting clients with their mortgage needs. Responsibilities include analysing clients' financial information, providing tailored mortgage advice, sourcing suitable mortgage products, and guiding clients throughout the application process. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and staying up-to-date with financial regulations will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Mortgages, Mortgage Marketing, and Financial Planning
Experience in Finance and sound financial analytical skills
CeMap Qualification or equivalent certification (original required)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
Ability to work independently in a self-employed capacity
Knowledge of UK financial regulations and mortgage market trends
