Week 1 / 52 - Not a bad start at all! ☺️

Week one of sharing a little more of me alongside the mortgages.

This week looked like:
• Family walks and muddy paths
• Catch-ups with friends (still walking, always walking)
• Walking to work with the sunset creeping later each day (Wooop!)
• A lorry with flashing lights that briefly felt very Christmassy
• Christmas flowers still going strong
• Back to the desk after the break
• Craft time with my favourite little human 🦈

And behind the scenes…
• A completion for some of my favourite clients on Friday
• Meeting lovely first-time buyers hoping to buy their first home before baby arrives (so exciting 🍼)
• Helping a new landlord start building their property portfolio
• Two mortgage offers issued
• Another buy-to-let completion
• Supporting a blended family with the right insurance for their new home, taking some of the “what ifs” and worry off their shoulders

It’s exactly why I love what I do.
Homes, families, futures, and fitting it all around real life.

📅 From NEXT WEEK lenders will need your 2024/25 tax return to prove income.
🧾 Your 2023/24 return will be too old (18+ months) and won’t be accepted.

👉 If you’re self-employed and planning a mortgage, make sure you’ve filed your latest return.
⚡ The sooner it’s done, the more mortgage options you’ll have available!
