I just wanted to let you know that we exchanged contracts last Friday and will get the keys to our own home this Thursday (11th)!!!

Thank you SO much for all your time, patience and support over the past 6 months. I honestly didn't think that it would be possible for us to get a mortgage and our own home, but because of you, that dream is now a reality.

Another week another set of rates reductions. Things are certainly starting to turn around.

It’s finally happening… mortgage rates are starting to ease and decrease 🙂

After a long stretch of uncertainty, we’re seeing the first real signs of movement in the right direction. If this trend continues, it could open the door for more buyers to step back into the market.

Cautiously optimistic—but for now, the direction looks promising 🤞

The BoE’s chief economist voted in favour of a rise but other rate-setters say the Bank should wait to see the extent of inflationary pressure.

Will the base rate increase 📈, stay the same ➖, or finally start to come down 📉?

Plenty of speculation, but no one knows for sure until the announcement…
