Last week our team received a visit from , Jack Crowther our fantastic Regional account manager and Nick Taylor our National Learning Manager.
As you know at we like to "test" the best, because we like our contacts to be, problem solvers, solution finders, cool under pressure and quick.

Nick and Jack were up for the challenge and took part in our 60 second Jenga.

After Nick scored a respectable 6. Jack scored a table topping 16, so we now have a new champion !

We didn't really expect anything different from Jack who consistently delivers great assistance to our team as we navigate the daily challenges of Mortgages and Protection.

At CCC Mortgages yesterday we had a visit from Max Thompson Business Relationship Manager at Aldermore A really useful meeting with Max who gave us great insight into the niche areas of lending that Aldermore offer, which means more solutions for our clients!
As you know at CCC Mortgages we like to "test" the best, because we like our BDMs to be, problem solvers, solution finders, cool under pressure and quick.

So Max was up for the challenge and took part in our CCC Mortgages 60 second Jenga. After a fantastic start, where Max raced to 13, sadly it suddenly all went wrong and he ended with a score of 0.

On a brighter note Max is a top relationship manager and we feel lucky to have him to help us shape those tricky cases. He was full of smiles right until the crash !

This week we have been visited by Helen Spear BDM for Coventry BS - excellent updates on criteria and process some very good USPs which will help us with our clients.

As always when BDMs visit, Helen took part in our CCC Mortgages 60 second Jenga Challenge, we like to "test" the best because we like our BDMs to be, problem solvers, solution finders, cool under pressure and quick.

Helen didn't do so well with a score of 3

However in true BDM style she added value by pointing out that "surety of decision" was also very important ! and we like that positive outlook !

So Zoë Challinor from Virgin remains our champion. 😁

This week we have been visited by two of our brilliant Mortgage BDMs - really useful updates on criteria and process from John Murphy of HSBC and Natasha McCooey of Santander and as always they took part in our CCC Mortgages 60 second Jenga Challenge, because we like our BDMs to be, problem solvers, solution finders, cool under pressure and quick; They both lived up to expectation with some good scores. However neither of them could beat Zoë Challinor from Virgin who remains our champion.
