Good morning to you all from my little home office. Sun is shining!

A lot happening in the mortgage world at the moment and a lot of uncertainty.

But following some drastic restrictions introduced over the last couple of months, meaning you would need up to 40% deposit or equity, some lenders are looking at mortgages with 15% deposit (or equity) again.

Good morning to everyone! Sun is out again 🌞 I hope you're all staying sane and safe 😊. New normal for me now working from home. Took some adjusting 😃.

Mortgages are still happening, although naturally, lots of changes in the market. Lenders are adapting to new circumstances.
