I am writing to let you know about some underlying changes here at Bolitho Skeggs Bratt Mortgages.
Over the past 17 years, I have worked tirelessly to build the reach and reputation of BSB Mortgages, focusing on ensuring all my clients receive the best advice and service possible and it had been my intention to dedicate myself to growing the business further in the coming years.
Regrettably, as you may already know, a recent change to my health means that I am no longer able to continue with these plans, or the running of the firm.
Closing the doors and ‘abandoning’ all the people I have worked so hard to help over the years was not an option I was prepared to consider so my focus, in recent months, has been to find a way to ensure that the future needs of all our BSB clients are safe-guarded.
It was very important to me to find the right firm, with the same values, principles and
standards of service, to continue my work and look after my clients in the future.
I am delighted to say that, moving forward, we will be trading as Harris Begley Lifetime Partners Limited, although Karen will remain a familiar face in the office, and voice on the phone.
Harris Begley Lifetime Partners Limited have been established in Penzance for the past 21 years and are appointed representatives of Quilter Financial Planning. Whilst this is a new arrangement for the Company, it will have no impact on your existing policies, or any associated costs. Any ongoing fees and commissions will continue to be paid to Quilter Financial Planning, who will, in turn, now issue payments to Harris Begley Lifetime Partners Limited.
The office will remain open as usual and the phone number will remain unchanged, however, you may see a change to the Company branding and email address in due course. It will be necessary to share your personal data with Harris Begley Lifetime Partners Limited, which will be processed in line with Harris Begley Lifetime Partners Ltd’s Privacy Notice, a copy of which is available here: quilter.com/important-information/privacy-notices/appointed-representative-privacy-notice
Should you object to either Harris Begley Lifetime Partners Ltd, or Quilter Financial Planning, processing any of your data, please contact us using your usual method or any of the contact details supplied in the Privacy Notices.
