What a great day that was yesterday as I climbed Pen Y Fan with my son and his Thornbury football team, raising money for the Bristol & Weston hospitals charity.

Ive had lots of new followers on my page recently, so wanted to share how I have helped new clients this morning in Juniper way:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Joint application with 2 child dependents.
🏦 Deposit of £5,000.
💷 Joint incomes of £68,500.
🚘 Car finance of £350 per month.
💳 credit card debt of £3,000.

We applied for an agreement in principle with Halifax, based on a purchase price of £300,000 and a mortgage requirement of £295,000. My clients can now start viewing properties with a realistic budget in mind and be classed as proceedable by estate agents. Please do get in touch if you would like my help 🙂

I had a great meeting in Bradley Stoke this lunchtime at a new clients home, where we discussed the following:

💰 Affordability on how much they could borrow if they were to move home.
🏡 How we could port their existing mortgage onto a new property and also borrow an additional amount.
⬇️ How interest rates have decreased recently which resulted in repayments being affordable for them.
✍️ Recommend a local estate agent and solicitor.

Introducing the £5,000 deposit mortgage with Halifax which has launched today.

🏡 only one customer on a joint application needs to be a first time buyer.

🏡 £5,000 minimum personal deposit which cannot be gifted.

🏡 Employed and self employed customers eligible.

Great to see Halifax have joined Accord mortgages and Newcastle building society by offering this product to help more first time buyers onto the property ladder.

Interest rates will always be higher on these products.
