Wow its been a while since I've posted for Mallard Properties but at last we have Planning Permission. 7 months and 2 lockdowns on and we can finally get moving on transforming our old dental surgery to 7 bedroom serviced accommodation.

Wow so as of yesterday my company Dabbling Duck Properties Ltd owns its first investment property. Many thanks to Legacy Education/Asset Academy for getting me this far as well as help from friends and family. Its been a while since I,ve felt butterflies in my stomach but walking to the agents to pick up the keys yesterday I think i had a kangaroo in there. Now time to kick the refurb into action and search for our next deal. This is a 6 bed 4 reception property which will be SA including 2 x wheelchair accessible apartments, and a shared kitchen/dining area for the 5 en-suite rooms situated on the 1st and 2nd floors. Let the games begin!!!
