It was great to see the competitors at the Burghley Horse Trials three-day event as they took on the cross-country element. As one of the toughest courses in the world, it’s a privilege to see these elite athletes – both human and equine – first hand as they take on the challenge.

Much like financial planning, the riders must make a strategy to steer them through the course in front of them – taking on those unexpected challenges along the way with confidence that they have got the foundations right in advance.

We had a super day away from the office at Newmarket Racecourse over the weekend as a team, enjoying some fantastic flat racing, superb food and the Kaiser Chiefs to finish a fantastic day!
