Sun’s out… and I’ve definitely noticed a few more cancelled and rescheduled appointments lately ☀️

And honestly — I get it. I’m enjoying this weather just as much as you are!

But here’s the reality… the sunshine doesn’t pause real life. It doesn’t stop diagnoses, accidents, or unexpected changes in circumstances.

Putting things off because “it’s too nice outside” might feel harmless… but this is one of those things where timing really does matter.

The sun will still be shining tomorrow — but unfortunately, time isn’t always on our side.

Just to reassure you, I run most of my appointments in the evenings so it doesn’t impact your working day (or family time). And I only take on 2–3 new clients per week to make sure everyone gets the time and attention they deserve.

I’m currently booked up until the start of May, and spaces are going quickly…

So don’t wait for a rainy day to sort something this important ☁️

I like to stay healthy — just like most people.
I look after myself, make good choices, and do what I can to keep life running smoothly.

But I also have insurance… because protecting the people I love matters just as much as looking after my health.

“I’m fit and healthy… I don’t need insurance.”

Said the person who was later diagnosed with cancer.

Said the person whose child became unwell, meaning they could no longer work.

Some kids are just that little bit more wild than others 😂
And this… is definitely our wild one — climbing anything and everything in sight!

But it does get you thinking…
