That's not weakness. That's the only move that separates a trader from a gambler.
When you take a loss cortisol spikes. Your brain wants to recover immediately. And that's exactly where accounts blow up.

The next trade after a loss needs to be your coldest. Not your most aggressive.

I used to think the more I traded the more I'd make.
More setups. More screens. More hours. More stress.

It was my best month in two years.
Most of the losses I was taking weren't from bad strategies. They were from boredom trades. Revenge trades. Just one more trades.

Still hard to accept. But the numbers don't lie.
