21st birthday trip to Rome! ๐ฎ๐น๐โจ
From visiting the Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, to making fresh pasta and tiramisu in a cooking class (with unlimited w**e ๐๐ท), it was the perfect mix of sightseeing, food and celebrating.
One of my favourite moments was sitting by the fountain outside the Pantheon having one too many spritz and thinking about the fact it's almost 2,000 years old. I also explored Villa Borghese, enjoyed a gelato in the sunshine, did a bit too much shopping, and came home with an Italian leather handbag and plenty of souvenirs.
After eating more pizza, pasta, gelato and tiramisu than I'd like to admit, it's safe to say Rome lived up to the hype. Already looking forward to going back someday โค๏ธ
