I am pleased to have recently submitted my dissertation at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, as part of my degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship.

It was very intriguing to explore the role networks have played in growing small property investor’s portfolios. Especially how important trust and reciprocity are in establishing relationships.

Thank you to those who participated in the interviews.
