Thrilled to announce, after a 6 month saga, I finally have exchanged on 155 Colwick, one of my original HMOs, for an excellent £315k. Purchased this one for £111k in 2014 and have done no capital works to it other than some fire doors. Sold it on just a 8.5% gross yeild which considering the operating costs represents an excellent asset disposal price.
