Our current HMO conversion is coming on really well now, I love to see them with everything ripped out because you can start to see how it’s going to be put back together again!

We have just completed the purchase of our next project!
It’s been a 🎢 just getting to this point but we can progress to appointing a builder and get started turning this into another HMO for the portfolio

Our latest video is now live, check out how we took this two bed terrace and turned it into a 4 bed, 2 bathroom HMO.

I’ll run through everything that went wrong, everything that went well and reveal how much it all cost. We hope there’s some value and inspiration for everyone in here, we’ve certainly learned a lot from this project and as always, We will try to apply them to the next project and make each one better than the last.

The past few weeks have been exciting, we have also now completed our second HMO.

We are trying out using a little colour in our current refurb.

The decorator can start this week, after a clean up, now that all the major building work has been completed.
The project should be completed in January.
We cannot wait to see it finished.
