Great news that both HSBC and Coventry Building Society have this week confirmed they are now offering 90% mortgages for property purchases. They join Nationwide, Natwest, Halifax plus others offering these products.

Due to significant demand, Co-op Bank have reintroduced their five year fixed rate 90% loan-to-value mortgages. They join a small number of other high street lenders offering 10% deposit mortgages and we have access to them all. We will update you as soon as other mortgage lenders re-enter this higher loan-to-value market.
