IMAFS want to say a massive congratulations and well done to Alice Hall for passing her CeMAP qualification.

Alice joined IMAFS in 2017 as an apprentice and quickly moved onto the becoming PA to the MD and Mortgage Administrator.

Over the years she has been responsible for the behind-the-scenes admin and assisting all the advisers with their caseload.

Towards the end of 2023 Alice felt like she was ready for a new challenge and began studying for her exams. She passed them all with flying colours!

Alice will now be getting more hands on with mortgage applications and eventually be ready to take on her own clients.

It may only be October but yes, we are announcing our Christmas Raffle!

Like last year, we are running another raffle for all client referrals we have received throughout 2023 and of course including those who will be passed onto us before the end date.

Each referral that has gone on to complete on a mortgage through us during 2023 is eligible! If more than one, each will be counted separately.

We already pay a £50 E-Voucher whenever you pass us onto your friends, family, and colleagues but this is a little extra incentive.

There will be five additional £50 E-Vouchers in this year’s competition which will be drawn on Wednesday the 13th of December.
