* In many cases, no fee will be payable. A fee of £595 to be paid when you receive an offer on a mortgage arranged by us. We will also be paid commission by the lender. The fee will be reduced by the amount of commission we are paid by the lender. Where the commission from the lender exceeds £595 we will not charge a fee. For more complex cases a fee of £595 will be paid when you receive an offer on a mortgage arranged by us. For highly complex cases a fee of up to 1.00% of the loan will be payable when you receive an offer on a mortgage arranged by us. We will refund any commission that we are paid by a lender. For example, on a 'complex' mortgage of £200,000 a fee of £2,000 will be payable.
