So few weeks ago I’ve achieved something that’s been a bit of a dream of mine for the past 20 years. 😁

I’ve collected keys to a new building and a new business and I must admit I’m a little bit like a kid in a sweet shop! 😂😄

But now it’s time for some hard work, ready for the enjoyment later!

Not my favourite thing to do on a Sunday but with new carpet being laid in this Airbnb unit tomorrow, I needed to repair and sort this damaged skirting.

Sanded, undercoat, top coat. Boom!

Plus I had a helper today 😄

As 2024 draws to a close it’s nice to stop and spend time off with the family.

I love this period, it’s a great to reflect on what went well and what didn’t go well throughout the year and thoughts of how to improve in 2025.

Can’t wait to get goals on paper and start smashing 2025. But for now, it’s an eggnog, turkey sandwich and boxes upon boxes of sweets 🤣.

We carry out property development - taking tired properties and renovating them into wonderful places people can call a home. We then either sell the properties on or add them to our own rental portfolio.

We utilise different methods of funding on projects including using investment funds from those keen to explore better % returns than a banks saving account.

We typically offer between 6-10% return on any investments we receive for periods of 12-24 months. A lot depends on the project and the investors appetite.

My name is Jason Hart and I founded and run HJ Hart Property & Investments. We are a property investment and development company operating since 2017.

Tech alert…

Adding some funky bits of tech to our airbnb units. some LED’s to go around the headboard in the bedroom which can be operated by a push button on the dresser unit and also activated by a door sensor when the guest comes and goes from the apartment.

Adds a bit of fun to a guests stay and a bit of wow for the unit. Plus I do love a bit of tech 😂
