This morning I spoke at the Costessey Primary School Careers Event alongside a variety of different professions to give groups of year 6’s an insight into different industries.

✅ 4 out of 4 groups first question, “How much do you earn?”

Moral of the story - Never just go direct to your own bank!

Delighted to save an existing client £12,000 this week! 🤯

This client isn't the best with paperwork and had said ideally we'd just switch them with their existing lender. After assessing their options though, by 'remortgaging' to a different lender we were able to save just over £200 per month over the 5 year fixed rate period!

I was then able to do the vast majority of the paperwork on my client's behalf, so they were in the end DELIGHTED to provide a few documents in order to make that kind of saving!

Moral of the story; NEVER just accept what your existing lender is going to offer you. ALWAYS come to me and let me double check if there is a better option elsewhere. There are no up front fees and no obligations so there really is nothing to lose.
