My dear friends,

Thank you for all the help and support you have given ELsonnews over the years. It has been much appreciated.

Unfortunately, this is to tell you that after 12 years of serving our local community, ELsonnews will be closing its doors for the last time on Saturday, July 15th. There are many reasons why this is happening, not least of all the current financial climate we find ourselves in today.

I hasten to add that none of your paper deliveries will be affected as arrangements have been made for these to continue.

It is one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. I have made so many friends and acquaintances over the years. I will miss you and may I wish you the very best for the future. I will be sad to leave.

I will be opening the shop briefly on several occasions over the coming days with offers to sell off the remaining stock. I hope to see you then. Please pop in for a chat.
