PayaCharity acquires QR/NFC provider Thyngs

PayaCharity, the UK’s largest provider of contactless donation devices with a sophisticated online giving platform has acquired Thyngs & GoodThyngs to further strengthen its offering in the Charitable giving sector.

Thyngs is a longstanding proven solution for consumers to donate using their mobile phones, making donations simple, flexible and accessible to all. Thyngs specialises in the provision of experience based NFC/QR code triggered donations via its GoodThyngs brand.

The Thyngs acquisition comes hot on the heals of the acquisition
of Toucan and will enable PayaCharity to further its vision of bringing digital transformation to the sector, and expand its engagement with its charity customers.
