This shows our repair to a boundary wall which had been hit by a delivery driver.

To complete the repair, we sourced replacement bricks to match the existing ones as closely as possible and repaired the corner pier of the boundary wall.

All in a day's work!

Upon completion of every repair we complete, we conduct an NPS telephone call as part of our service, to ensure all our Third Parties are fully satisfied.

In this instance, the Third Party was really happy with the service we provided following one of our clients insured’s damaging her boundary wall.

Due to the service Artemis provided and the repairs we completed to her property, she has requested our client contact her directly to discuss taking out a car insurance policy.

A true testament to the work we do on a daily basis.

On every private or commercial property claim we receive, we send out a surveyor to assess the damage.

Our surveyors take a video of the damage so our team can see exactly what is going on and how best to proceed.

This enables our handlers to understand as if they were on site with the surveyor.

The surveyor checked the automation to ensure all costs being claimed were reflective of the damage caused.
