Upon completion of every repair we complete, we conduct an NPS telephone call as part of our service, to ensure all our Third Parties are fully satisfied.
In this instance, the Third Party was really happy with the service we provided following one of our clients insured’s damaging her boundary wall.
Due to the service Artemis provided and the repairs we completed to her property, she has requested our client contact her directly to discuss taking out a car insurance policy.
