Following the Autumn Budget, the government has confirmed that from 2027/28 the maximum you can pay into a cash ISA will fall to £12,000 if you’re under 65. Your overall ISA allowance will remain at £20,000 but a smaller portion will be available for cash.

If you rely on a cash ISA to keep your savings tax-free, this change could affect how you plan ahead.

Exciting times at the weekend as Northallerton u7’s girls played their first ever game for the club in a friendly at Northallerton leisure centre against Guisborough girls u7’s.
Another milestone for the club as we now have 30 teams representing Northallerton Town JFC.
A great experience for all the girls and their families to see how brilliant all the girls are.
The game was very competitive and a good learning opportunity for all the girls. It was great to see them showing their excellent dribbling in a match which created plenty of chances.
The girls managed to get 3 goals with one from Daisy who calmly slotted the ball in to the back of the net after an excellent split pass through from Imogen. The girls were unlucky not to score more in the second half.
It was great to see the girls when they didn’t have the ball, the all worked really hard to try and get it back and all 3 GK’s made some great saves when needed.

We are on the lookout for another couple of girls to add to the 6 we have. If your daughter is in y2 or in y1 and turned 6 and is keen to play football please get in contact with James Lofthouse on 07908 199994 for more details.
