Insurance Jeremy from NIS Insurance attended the ‘In 2 Property’ event last night in Saltburn.

Great presentation by Ian Cowie, who I’ve known for >5yrs - he explained how he went from serving time in prison through to now turning his life completely around during COVID👏

Ian now has an extensive property portfolio in Northumberland by mainly turning ‘crack dens’ into lovely homes and has more recently turned his attention to mixed commercial and residential.

He is an ultra marathon runner, full time scaffolder and now focuses his life of his running, fitness along with spending quality time with his family! ✊

Insurance Jeremy from NIS Insurance Brokers was in sunny Saltburn on Thursday night at the In 2 Property event 😎

James Dawkins gave an excellent talk on how he bought an empty property on Saltburn seafront, spent >£300k on turning it around into a very high yielding holiday let with incredible views over the sea.

Has it been easy - absolutely NOT but his success has a lot to do with the mindset - well done 👏 👏👏👏
