We work with many great estate agents, but Panorama is showing the battle we face with some of the larger firms. This practice of avoiding buyers who use their own mortgage brokers and conveyancers needs to be illegal. Often independent brokers are offering a vastly improved service, cheaper pricing and larger panel of lenders. I hope that the Panorama show will now bring in regulations to estate agents.
