Vehicle upgrade at Llanidloes car club.

The members of the Llanidloes TrydaNi car club are delighted to now have two new EVs to choose from.

The car club was established in 2007 and is one of the first of its kind in Wales.

TrydaNi is a non-profit Community Benefit Society and is funded by the Welsh Government. Robert Owen Community Banking Fund (ROCBF) administers the finances, purchase and leasing of the vehicles.

It is free to join TrydaNi at trydani.org and cars can be booked using the TrydaNi app.

ROCBF is proud to support TrydaNi’s initiatives to make sustainable transport accessible to communities across Wales.

Working in partnership with TrydaNi ensures we can combine expertise and resources to deliver practical, long-term solutions for local people.

Yesterday’s Green Economy Exhibition and Conference was a really worthwhile experience - packed with insights, innovation and inspiring conversations.

It was great to reconnect with old friends and colleagues and equally exciting to meet new contacts who are doing interesting work in the sector.

The sessions and exhibition highlighted some of the inspiring developments, particularly around renewable energy, local food producers and the future potential of sustainable industries in Wales.
