Today is the day we officially join forces with the amazing team at Mortgages Made Simple the new signs are up on the High Street and we are looking forward to being able to provide an enhanced range of services to all our clients. Thanks for all your support over the past 17 years and we look forward to working with you all again in the future!

We are extremely pleased to announce that from the 25th July 2025 we will be joining forces with Mortgages Made Simple to enable us to provide an enhanced range of services and support to all our customers.

We will be growing to a team of 7 experienced advisers with offices in both the Newton-le-Willows and Warrington areas and will continue to offer our services to other parts of the UK.

Our strong focus on customer service will remain at the heart of our business ensuring that your mortgage journey is as seamless as possible and with experience of over 20 years in the mortgage advice sector we are confident that we will be able to service all of your mortgage needs*

Nicola and Natalie will remain key advisers within the business and continue to maintain their relationships and provide support to all customers of The Mortgage Choice who will be contacted individually with full details of the upcoming merger.

The Bank of England has today cut interest rates from 4.50% to 4.25%.

The Monetary Policy Committee voted by a majority of 5-4 to cut interest rates to 4.25%.

The Bank of England have today reduced the base rate of interest from 5.00% to 4.75%.

If you have a tracker rate mortgage your interest rate will reduce by 0.25% and your lender will write to your shortly to confirm your new payments.

There will be no reduction in payment if you have a fixed rate mortgage (until your fixed rate ends).

If your fixed rate is due to end within the next 6 months or you have a variable or tracker rate mortgage and wish to review your arrangements, please contact us and we will be happy to help
