A position has opened up and we are currently hiring:-

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description

Hours: Full time (9am to 5pm) – can be slightly flexible if need be
(possible job share for two part time people)

Pay: tbc

Duties to include, but not exclusive to:

• Greeting Clients and general reception duties
• Filing and scanning
• Answering telephones
• Updating databases
• Opening incoming post and franking outgoing post
• Setting up client files
• Basic book-keeping (training will be provided)

Requirements:

• Admin experience desirable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent telephone manner
• Friendly and positive attitude
