Thinking about buying through Co-Ownership Northern Ireland but unsure about the costs involved?
One of the questions I hear most often is:
"What fees will I need to pay?"
Here is a simple overview of the Co-Ownership NI fees at the time of posting:
Application Fee
£100 payable when you apply. This covers checks on your income, outgoings and credit history.
Property Assessment Fee
£120 payable when you upload your property details. This covers a professional property assessment.
Legal Fee
£480 payable after a successful property assessment. This contributes towards the legal work involved in purchasing your home.
Understanding the costs involved before you start can help you budget and avoid unexpected surprises during the home-buying process.
Please note that fees, criteria and processes can change over time. The information above was correct at the time of posting but should always be verified directly with Co-Ownership before making any decisions.
